Origami Circuits Kits are another Crazy Circuits kit from Brown Dog Gadgets.
These engaging STEAM-centered Origami Circuits Kits will bring your students’ papercrafts to life. They combine simple electronics with the centuries-old Japanese papercraft art of Origami. By adding LEDs and self-sticking motors students are able to create 3D papercraft projects that move, light up, and blink! This is a great way to teach art, design, engineering, and basic electronics.
As with all Crazy Circuits Kits, this kit requires no soldering. Circuits are assembled with conductive Maker Tape™. Easily connect components by just sticking tape to them!
Keeping circuits simple really helps students understand how they apply connection and open and closed status. This kit really highlights the ART concepts within STEAM while keeping the TECHNOLOGY & ENGINEERING pieces simple.
These kits are intended for makers ages 10 and up due to the small parts and dexterity concerns.
*Scissors not included.
